Three sailboats at Grindle Point are moored near the town dock and ferry at Islesboro, Maine. When the fog lifts in the morning, they continue their journey through the islands of Penobscot Bay, visiting tiny harbors and marinas.

Jack photographed them on B&W infrared film, then washed the print with delicate color using Marshall's transparent oils.
